Here is a brief overview of the UK visa options we specialise in:

Parent of a Child Student visa This allows one parent to come to or stay in the UK to care for their child (or children) where the child is studying at an independent fee-paying school under a Child Student Visa.

Child Student visa For individuals who are between 4 and 17 years old and want to study at an independent school in the UK.

Student visa For individuals who are over 18 years old and have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor.

Graduate visa This allows students who have completed an eligible UK degree to stay in the UK to work, or look for work, for two years (three years for those being awarded doctorates) after they have completed their studies.

Standard Visitor visa/ ETA Currently non-visa nationals do not require a visa to enter the UK for short-term stays for purposes such as tourism, leisure or business. However, the UK electronic travel authorisation (ETA) for overseas travellers will become a mandatory requirement in late 2024, when the official launch is expected.

British National (Overseas) visa The Hong Kong BN(O) Status Holder Visa is an immigration route for Hong Kong British National (Overseas) citizens to live, work and study in the UK.

Government Authorised Exchange visa This is for individuals who want to come to the UK for a short time for work experience for up to 12 months or to do training, research or an Overseas Government Language Programme for up to 24 months.

Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker visa For individuals who have an offer of an eligible skilled job in the UK from a Home Office-approved sponsor. Any employer who has a legitimate business trading in the UK is eligible to apply for a sponsor licence and to sponsor a migrant a Skilled Worker visa. The sponsor licence is valid for 4 years and having a licence can be beneficial as any future business growth for the company will not be outweighed by the immigration restrictions and will enable the company to take advantage of the benefits an overseas migrant can bring into their business, as well as having more diversity in the workplace.

Global Talent visa This visa route is for individual who is a leader or potential leader in academia or research, arts and culture or digital technology.

Global Business Mobility This allows workers of overseas businesses to send workers to the UK to undertake work on a temporary basis. (This might not be applicable as you are not being employed overseas)

Long Residence visa For individuals who have lived in the UK continuously and lawfully for ten years (under various immigration categories) to settle in the UK on the basis of long residence.

The Innovator Founder Visa This is suitable for both start-up entrepreneurs and experienced businesspersons who are looking to set up a business in the UK which is innovative, viable and scalable. Generally, applicants will have a new business idea and the business will not already exist.
